“The role of mentorship in improving early-stage start-up founders’ self-leadership and their capacity to lead the start-up successfully”

This is the title of our empirical research proposal commissioned by EMCC. I am co-leading this project with Mr Ivan Yong, founder of Nanyang Angelz.

EMCC is a global organisation of coaches and mentors that provides support and accreditations to its members. It exists to develop, promote and set the expectation of best practice in mentoring, coaching, and supervision globally for the benefit of society.

First step: We will present the project during the 28th EMCC Global Coaching, Mentoring, and Supervision Conference that will take place on 8th -10th June, 2022
